Name | dispersing agent CNF |
Synonyms | Dispersant CNF |
Molecular Formula | [C36H26Na2O6S2]n |
PH | 7~9 |
Physical and Chemical Properties | Light brown to brownish brown powder. It belongs to the anionic type, easily soluble in water and deliquescent. Good thermal stability, resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and hard water. Good diffusion, no permeability or foaming. Has no affinity for cotton, hemp, and cellulose fibers, but has affinity for protein and polyamide fibers. |
Use | This product is a dispersant and filler for vat dyes and disperse dyes, with similar dispersant ability to dispersant N and dispersant MF, but more resistant to high temperatures than both, and can improve the improvement rate of dyes. |
1. Firstly, benzylnaphthalene is synthesized by condensation of naphthalene with benzyl chloride.
2. Benzylnaphthalene undergoes sulfonation reaction with sulfuric acid to obtain benzylnaphthalene sulfonic acid.
3. Benzyl naphthalene sulfonic acid is condensed with formaldehyde to obtain this product. Finally, the final product is obtained through refinement.
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
the preparation process of this product includes four steps: naphthalene alkylation, sulfonation of alkylation products, condensation of sulfonation products, and neutralization.
150kg of refined naphthalene is put into a reaction kettle, heated and melted, stirred and heated, sulfuric acid is added as a catalyst, and the temperature is kept at about 120 ℃ for 6 hours. Then drop a mixture of 10kg sulfuric acid and 50kg fuming sulfuric acid. After dropping, react at 160~165 ℃ for 2 hours. Cool to 136~140 ℃, add 60kg of 37% formaldehyde aqueous solution. Heat preservation reaction for 2 hours. Finally, add alkali and neutralize until the pH value is 7. The reaction ends. Cooling crystallization, filtration and drying are the finished products.
